This full-day tour begins with a 7:30 a.m. pickup from the customs/arrivals hall at the Tianjin Port to visit two of the lesser-known sites east of Beijing - the beautiful Great Wall of China at Huangyaguan, and the burial site of many of the rulers of the Qing Dynasty at the Eastern Qing Tombs. It is around a 2-hour drive from the Tianjin Port to the Great Wall at Huangyaguan, so you will have around 2 hours to explore the Great Wall before transferring to the Eastern Qing Tombs to visit the burial grounds of many of the emperors and empresses of the last dynasty in China. There you will have around 90 minutes to check out the various tombs before returning to your cruise ship around 5 or 6 p.m.

From the Tianjin Port, we can take you to Beijing to see some of the sights of this amazing city after we transfer you from your cruise ship to Beijing. For those not wanting to venture quite so far as the 2-1/2 hour drive to Beijing, we can also offer a sightseeing tour of downtown Tianjin. Downtown Tianjin is approximately a one hour drive from the port at Tianjin, so there is more time for leisurely sightseeing with this tour from the Tianjin Port. We would pick you up around 8 a.m. from the customs/immigrations hall at the Tianjin Port by private car, van or mini-bus, depending on how many people are in your group, and transport you to downtown Tianjin to visit the Culture Street, Food Market and the former Italian concession area before returning you to your cruise ship around 5 or 6 p.m. that evening.
